Is the hotel located in the city centre? 

Hotel Imperial is located near the historic centre of Karlovy Vary. About 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes on foot, there is also the possibility to use the Imperial cable car, which is included in the price of your stay.  

 

From what time is it possible to stay in the hotel ? What time do I have to leave the room upon departure?

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is no later than 12:00.

 

Is it possible to arrive earlier?

Yes, it is possible but it depends on the availability of the hotel.

 

Is it possible to leave the room later?

Yes, it is possible but it depends on the availability of the hotel. Late check-out is subject to a fee.

 

Is the reception open 24 hours?

Yes, reception services are available 24 hours a day.

 

Is it possible to store luggage at the hotel?

Of course, there is a luggage storage room in the hotel - free of charge.

 

Is it possible to bring a pet?

Yes, pets are welcome for a fee.

 

Is it possible to park at the hotel?

The hotel's valet parking, which is available 24 hours a day, is located about one minute from the hotel and is chargeable.

 

Is access to the Imperial Wellness and Sports Centre included?

Yes, you can visit these centres during your stay without restrictions and without the need to book in advance.

 

Do you sell tickets for local transport?

Every guest of the Imperial Hotel has free tickets for public transport buses 2 and 13 and for the Imperial cable car that goes to the historical centre of Karlovy Vary.

 

Are bathrobe and slippers available during my stay?

Yes, bathrobe, slippers and Carl's cosmetics are available during your stay - free of charge.

Is there air conditioning in the rooms?

The rooms are not equipped with air conditioning, but we can lend you a fan free of charge on request. Each of our rooms is equipped with heating.

 

Is Wi-Fi available in the hotel?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

 

Are there non-smoking rooms in the hotel?

Yes, our hotel is non-smoking, but iQOS friendly. Upon request, we will reserve a room for you where you will have an iQOS ashtray to enjoy throughout your stay.

 

What credit cards do we accept?

Visa, Euro/Master Card, Maestro, American Express.

 

What currency can I pay in? Is there an exchange office in the hotel?

We accept payments in Czech crowns, euros and US dollars. Currency exchange is available at the hotel reception.

 

Do you offer laundry and ironing services for guests?

Yes, there is a charge for this service.

 

Where can you find the nearest ATM?

Directly at the hotel reception.
